How do I know what allergens are in a product?
Every food product shows its allergen status on the card and a full allergen block on its page — contains, may contain, and free-from — with the ingredients list. Always check the label on the pack you receive too.
Can I set my own allergens?
Yes — create an account and set your allergen profile. We’ll flag (or hide) products that contain anything you avoid, right across the shop.
Do you do subscriptions?
Yes — choose “Subscribe & save” on a product to get it delivered on repeat and save on every repeat order.
How do I track my order?
Signed in, see it under your account. As a guest, use the order tracking page with your order number and email.
Are your snacks authentic?
That’s the whole point — sourced for the real thing, not imitations, and re-portioned into sealed Treatsdom pouches.
