Returns & refunds
As a food business, most items can't be returned once dispatched, for hygiene and safety reasons. But if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're not happy, we'll put it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.
Placeholder policy — final returns terms must be confirmed with the owner and comply with UK consumer law.
